Kind Hearts International Care Solutions was founded with a deeply personal mission. Starting with a background in Chemical Engineering in the Philippines and over two decades of living and working in Ireland, our founder brought a unique analytical precision and heart to healthcare.
Working on the frontline of an Irish hospital, she experienced firsthand the profound dedication of care professionals—as well as the critical staffing challenges faced by healthcare providers every day.
That frontline journey inspired Kind Hearts. We were built to connect dedicated nurses and healthcare assistants with organisations where their skills, compassion, and commitment can truly thrive and make a lasting impact.
